Questions, bug reports, suggestions, or privacy requests are welcome.
We aim to read every message and respond within a few business days. For privacy-related requests (data access, deletion, etc.) please write "Privacy" in the subject line so we can prioritise it.
What to include
If you are reporting a bug, it helps to include:
- The browser and operating system you were using (e.g. *Chrome on Windows 11*)
- A short description of what you tried to do and what happened instead
- Whether the problem happens with every photo or only with specific ones
- A screenshot if possible — but please do not send us a photo with sensitive metadata
For privacy requests, please include the email address you would like us to use for our reply.
What we cannot do
We cannot recover a photo for you. The site does not store any copies of your photos — that is the whole point. Once you have closed the browser tab, the photo is gone from the site's perspective. Make sure you have downloaded the cleaned copy before closing the page.
We cannot determine, from the outside, whether a specific photo you posted somewhere on the internet still contains metadata. We can only operate on the photo you give us in your browser.
Spam and unsolicited offers
This is a personal project. Marketing pitches, SEO services, link-exchange requests, and AI-content offers will be ignored.
